Refund policy
At Equina, your horse is our customer, and we want to ensure they are delighted with your purchase. We offer a 60-day 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on all our formulas.
Any new supplement you introduce to a horse’s diet can require an adjustment period. Horses have different tastes, and getting used to consuming the entire serving may take a few attempts.
We offer tips on how to introduce our supplements shipped with your product. Following these tips, even picky horses will start eating, given the proper introduction.
If your horse continues not to eat our product, we would be happy to refund you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
With your refund request, please tell us about your experience and why it didn’t work for your horse. Your feedback on why a product didn’t work for your horse is essential. Your feedback helps us improve!
Products returned past the 60 days from the initial date of purchase may qualify for exchange or store credit at our discretion. Please let us know if your product arrives damaged or unusable.
Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
If you want to submit a return after the 60-day window, we will review the request and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
After 14 days since our notification to refund, if you:
Paid with your bank account:
Please recheck your bank account; there is often some processing time before a refund for the product is posted to your account.
Paid with your credit card:
Contact the credit card company. It may take some time for your refund for the product to be processed through their system.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at equina.us@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
